Winning in District Court is Tough!

The following is a list of the last 10 cases to be decided by district courts in Tennessee concerning Social Security Disability appeals.  As demonstrated below, only two appeals were successful out of ten:

  4. Wilson v. Astrue, (E.D.Tenn. 2/5/2013): Case remanded for an award of benefits.
  5. Bozarth v. Astrue, (M.D.Tenn. 2/5/2013): Commissioner’s decision affirmed.
  6. Hosey v. Astrue, (E.D.Tenn. 2/1/2013): Commissioner’s decision affirmed.
  7. Renfro v. Astrue, (E.D.Tenn. 1/30/2013): Commissioner reversed and remanded.
  8. Smith v. Astrue, (M.D.Tenn. 1/30/2013): Commissioner’s decision affirmed.
  9. Cockrill v. Astrue, (M.D.Tenn. 1/30/2013): Commissioner’s decision affirmed.
  10. Conner v. Astrue, (M.D.Tenn. 1/30/2013): Commissioner’s decision affirmed.
